Chapter Lunch Meeting and Current State of the Multi-Family Markets

The Current State of the Multi-Family Market (2hrs CE)

The seminar will address current market trends in the multi-family market including the methods used by market participants in analyzing the market value of apartment projects.

A panel of appraisers, property managers, financiers and brokers will describe the state of the current multi-family market, including reporting trends they are seeing in their respective businesses. The panel has been selected based on their level of activity in the market at this time and they specialize in this product type. The panelists will each present a synopsis of their current dealings and observations of trends with time allotted for questions from the audience.

Brian O'Connor, O'Connor Consulting Group - Appraisers and consultants that provide market and feasibility studies for apartments.

Joe Manca, Greystar - Discussing their business in Seattle property management, development and investment in multi-family properties.

Mark Zoffel, CBRE Private Capital Group - Active broker specializing in multi-family investment and sales.

James Bach, CBRE Capital Markets - Specializes in debt and equity finance of multi-family properties.

 

Education Credit
This program was developed and is administered by the Seattle Chapter. Attendees are eligible to receive 2 hours of continuing education from the Appraisal Institute and Washington State.
