These are tumultuous times in the economy and certainly in real estate as well.  It is a time when one needs comprehensive, accurate and unbiased information to make the right real estate decisions.  We suggest you consider working with a member of The Appraisal Institute to help in making those decisions.  Whether it is for financing, acquisition, development, just compensation, or a myriad of other critical real estate-related activities, you will be well served by working with a knowledgeable professional appraiser.

For more than 75 years, The Appraisal Institute has been one of the largest and most respected appraisal organizations.  Members of the Appraisal Institute form a network of Professionals Providing Real Estate Solutions® throughout the United States and abroad. Because they have met rigorous requirements relating to education and experience, appraisers holding the Appraisal Institute’s MAI, SRPA, and/or SRA membership designations have long been respected by a variety of sources.
